INGREDIENTS:
- 1 large bunch of gai lan
- 21 oz. White Fish Fillets
- Ginger
- 4 oz. Young Corn
- 6 oz. Bean Sprout
- 2 tbsp. Sweet Soy Sauce
- Red Chili
DIRECTIONS:

Remove Chinese cabbage stems and cut them in half lengthwise. Slice leaves into thirds.

Pour olive oil in the large skillet, set over high heat.

Add fish and stir fry for 2 minutes.

Add ginger, corn, Chinese cabbage stalks, cabbage leaves, bean sprouts and kecap Manis and 1 tbsp. water and cook for 2 minutes or when starts whistling.

When done, garnish with chili sauce and serve with basmati rice.
