Cream Cheese Scrambled Eggs

Serves 6


  • Large Skillet

  • Saute Pans


  1. 12 eggs - beaten

  2. 2/3 Cup Milk

  3. 1 tbsp bacon bits

  4. 3 tbsp olive oil

  5. salt and pepper to taste

  6. 1 pkg. 7 oz cream cheese


  1. Cut cream cheese into 1/2 inch pieces.

  2. Season olive oil in skillet over low heat.

  3. Combine eggs, milk, bacon pieces and seasonings.

  4. Pour into skillet.

  5. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until eggs begin to thicken.

  6. Add cream cheese pieces and continue cooking.

  7. Stir until cheese is blended and eggs are firm but moist.
