STANDARD POLICY

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

In order to accept a return, the item must be in its original sealed and unused condition. You must return the item, at your cost. Please contact Nutricraft for details.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contactus@nutricraftcookware.com.

 

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contactus@nutricraftcookware.com and send your item to:

SHIPPING

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

CUSTOM ORDERS

No refunds or exchanges allowed between pre-order end date and delivery date. After delivery standard policy applies. 

 

RETURNING COOKWARE BY MAIL

In the case you want to return an item purchased on the Nutricraft website, please email contactus@nutricraftcookware.com with your name and order number. 

We recommend that all returns be sent with a traceable carrier. Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our warehouse. Nutricraft is not responsible for items which go missing in the post.

EXCHANGING ITEMS BY MAIL

You may exchange an item(s). This will be processed as a new order and your payment method of choice will be charged. The return and order transactions may not post simultaneously and will be processed as two separate transactions through your account.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

Please email contactus@nutricraftcookware.com if you would like to cancel your order. Cancellations are only accepted if the cookware have not been dispatched.

Pre-orders

No-cancellation allowed between pre-order end date and delivery date. After delivery standard policy applies. 

 

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

Faulty or Damaged Items

Nutricraft will replace any item which is received in a damaged or faulty condition as long as these are returned within 7 days of purchase in the original condition and packaging and is accompanied by proof of purchase in the form of a tax invoice or packing slip. Please contact Nutricraft for details.

In order to process your return of goods, please be sure to include a note explaining the reason for the return as well as your daytime contact telephone number so that our Customer Service Team are able to contact you. Nutricraft will then ship a replacement piece to you at our expense.

 

GUARANTEE AND WARRANTY CLAIMS

Guarantee and Warranty Claims

Product that is believed to be of faulty manufacture, and is within the Warranty period, will be subject to an inspection at your local Nutricraft office. If the item is found to be of faulty manufacture it will be replaced for an equivalent piece in the current range. If the item is found not to be defective, it will be returned to you at your expense. Please contact Nutricraft for details.
