This is how we actually fry things with Nutricraft cookware. We use coconut oil here. You do not fry on deep oil. Small amount of it, just to cover the surface of the cookware, put the food and flip it over. The healthiest way to cook it.
What I love about Nutricraft is the quality of the materials used to produce it. The first thing I did when I received my Nutricraft cookware (after cleaning them as per the instructions) was do a bicarbonate soda test. I put 1 cup of water and 1 tablespoon of bicarbonate into two of my old outs (different brands) and into one of the Nutricraft pot. I brought them all to the boil, turned off the heat and let them cool. I compared the taste of the water from each of the pots with the control (1 cup water and 1 tablespoon bicarbonate in a glass jug) and was really surprised at the metallic taste of the water taken from my old two pots. What a relief when I tasted the water from the Nutricraft pot, it tasted light, just like the control- no funny metallic taste. I blindfolded my husband, who is known by many as a skeptic, and repeated the same test with him. His reaction to the taste of the water from my old pots was certainly a strong one! When he tasted the water from the Nutricraft pot he agreed it tasted exactly the same as the control. As a child I remember a funny taste in my mouth after eating the soft boiled eggs my mum and grandmother had made in their small pots, I couldn’t describe it as a child but I knew it didn’t taste right. As an adult I now know that it was a metallic taste, I am so glad that my kids will enjoy their food without the contaminates that comes with lower quality cookware. The quality of the materials used is certainly the highest priority, especially when it comes to products that interact with your food! Having said that, if the price is unreasonable, many people will not have the opportunity to be able to enjoy quality cookware. This is another reason why I love Nutricraft, its price really is so so so much cheaper than its major competitor (without compromising quality!) I had looked into purchasing from the competitor, and while deeply convinced that we needed to make a change to our cookware, after their presentation given, I couldn’t justify the price. So I went looking online and found...NUTRICRAFT! I would have felt so upset if I had purchased from the competitor before finding Nutricraft! I also love that you don’t need as much heat to cook effectively, so the energy saving and health benefits are huge one for me. With my old pots, I used to automatically boil pasta on high but now, with Nutricraft, I can cook pasta on medium, then I have to lower the heat, as the pot retains heat so well. I can let my kid’s porridge finish cooking using the pot’s own heat, cutting down on electricity once again! Also using medium to low heat has meant the nutrients are retained. This a huge benefit especially when you pay more money for organic produce- you don’t want to counteract the natural goodness by destroying the nutrients on high heat. Nutricraft cookware has also helped me to prepare dishes differently, I can cook vegetables and fruit with simply the water that remains after I have rinsed them. Once again this means I retain nutrients rather then throwing them out with the cooking water! I love Nutricraft and would recommend it to anyone who values their health (and that if their family) and wants to save money! "

Before I met Judith, I normally always cooked rice with my rice cooker, and never realised that the metals in the pot can leech into my food, which is dangerous for my family’s health. Being an Indonesian, we eat rice almost everyday and now we have decided to not use the rice cooker anymore. Since my Nutricraft cookware arrived home, I always use 2 quart pan to cook rice for my family, as I thought I should buy a bigger one l. I purchased a fry pan after Judith explained at a meeting for Inspiring Business Women where it was stated that fry pans with Teflon can be scratched and not healthy.
I looked at mine and decided that Judith was right.
I now find when cooking that the awesome product delivers great ways to learn its process as not able to scratch the bottom by cooking simple and complicated meals is beneficial and healthy.
