Shipping, Pre-order, Return & Exchange Policy

SHIPPING PROCESS

Standard Policy 

Free shipping for all Australian orders via Australia Post standard parcel. Shipping takes 3-5 business days.   International shipping AUD$35 and may change depending on the country.

For pre-orders please allow 4-8 weeks from pre-order end date for shipment to arrive at your nominated address. 

 

PRE-ORDER PROCESS

There is a two week window for you to make your purchase. Pay up-front by the pre-order end date and we'll send off your order to be lovingly handmade in USA by Nutricraft.  The cookware take between 2-4 weeks to get handmade and sent back to Australia. Once we get them, we'll deliver it to you asap.  The whole process from the pre-order end date is approx. 4-8 weeks. I know this may seem long but the health benefits are worth the wait! If there's any delay we'll let you know straight away and if for some reason the cookware don't get made or there's an unforeseeable issue, we'll refund you.

 

REFUND AND EXCHANGE

Standard Policy

Free exchange or refunds accepted for all orders.  You have 7 days to decide and return or exchange an item if it is not right for you. Nutricraft will refund or exchange an item if the item is returned to Nutricraft within 7 days, provided that it has not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn, all labels and tags are attached and remains "like new". 

In order to accept a return, the item must be in its original sealed and unused condition. You must return the item, at your cost. Please contact Nutricraft for details.

A Nutricraft staff member will contact you to arrange a refund. We can process a refund by reimbursing your credit card and will use whichever payment method was used to pay for your order. Refunds cannot be made via third parties or to credit cards which are different to the credit card used originally.

Pre-orders 

No refunds or exchanges allowed between pre-order end date and delivery date. After delivery standard policy applies. 

 

RETURNING COOKWARE BY MAIL

In the case you want to return an item purchased on the Nutricraft website, please email contactus@nutricraftcookware.com with your name and order number. 

We recommend that all returns be sent with a traceable carrier. Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our warehouse. Nutricraft is not responsible for items which go missing in the post.

EXCHANGING ITEMS BY MAIL

You may exchange an item(s). This will be processed as a new order and your payment method of choice will be charged. The return and order transactions may not post simultaneously and will be processed as two separate transactions through your account.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION 

Standard Policy

Please email contactus@nutricraftcookware.com if you would like to cancel your order. Cancellations are only accepted if the cookware have not been dispatched.

Pre-orders

No-cancellation allowed between pre-order end date and delivery date. After delivery standard policy applies. 

 

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

Faulty or Damaged Items

Nutricraft will replace any item which is received in a damaged or faulty condition as long as these are returned within 7 days of purchase in the original condition and packaging and is accompanied by proof of purchase in the form of a tax invoice or packing slip. Please contact Nutricraft for details.

In order to process your return of goods, please be sure to include a note explaining the reason for the return as well as your daytime contact telephone number so that our Customer Service Team are able to contact you. Nutricraft will then ship a replacement piece to you at our expense.

 

GUARANTEE AND WARRANTY CLAIMS

Guarantee and Warranty Claims

Product that is believed to be of faulty manufacture, and is within the Warranty period, will be subject to an inspection at your local Nutricraft office. If the item is found to be of faulty manufacture it will be replaced for an equivalent piece in the current range. If the item is found not to be defective, it will be returned to you at your expense. Please contact Nutricraft for details.
