- 1 round steak
- 3-4medium potatoes (#3 cone)
- 1 onion (#2 cone)
- 4-5 carrots (#3 cone)
- 1 stalks celery (#4 cone)
- salt and pepper
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- Cut round steak into 1/2" to 1" strips.
- Preheat skillet on medium heat and brown.
- Add all ingredients and continue to cook on medium heat for 8- 10 minutes until the lid is hot to touch or valve whistles.
- Turn heat to simmer and cook 30-45 minutes or longer if desired.
